2. Hygiene & Safety Policy (No Returns After Opening)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Our cosmetic products (lip and eye products, including sets) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the seal has been opened or the product has been used (even if only tested).
- This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Returns & Refunds (Unopened Products Only)
- Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Any item returned that shows signs of use, tampering, or a broken seal will not be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The issue observed
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
5. Pricing & Availability
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
- In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
6. Orders & Payments
- Cash on Delivery: pay in cash when your order arrives.
- connectIPS and Fonepay: your order is confirmed once the online payment succeeds.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.
7. Shipping
Delivery charges:
- Inside Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur): Rs. 100
- Outside the valley, branch delivery (collect your order from the courier branch): Rs. 180
- Outside the valley, home delivery: Rs. 220
- Free delivery on orders of Rs. 6,000 or more (all delivery options)
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
