Delivery inside Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur) costs Rs. 100. Outside the valley, it’s Rs. 180 if you collect your order from the courier branch, or Rs. 220 for home delivery. Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 6,000 or more, including home delivery outside the valley.

Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay in cash when your order arrives. You can also pay online with connectIPS or Fonepay.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products can’t be returned or exchanged, even if they were only tested. Unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned.
